John and Dane were fantastic - highly recommend Chaucer Paving! Excellent standard of work, turned up early every day and got the job done in very difficult circumstances (covid pandemic) right up to / immediately after the UK lock down, and observed social distancing respectfully at all times. Helpful, polite, hard-working, reasonably priced and did a great job. I look forward to calling John again when we need a new fence out the front. Thanks guys! (job was laying new patio/fencing/gate/shed base)

A complicated job that was very competently handled. A bit of it didn't get done but I must put this down to a miscommunication on my part. I would happily recommend and would have no hesitation in using again.

Arrived on time and did the job required. I.e. reduce a hawthorn hedge by approx . 3 feet. The pruning was achieved in record time but at the expense of clearing the site. properly. Bits of hedge were left in mine and my neighbour's garden and in the road. I had to complete the job and ended up taking 4 large bags to the recycling centre. Disappointed.

I used Oli to clear part of the garden in our new house, he was diligent and reliable, turned up on time and did exactly what I needed him to do with and he just got on with it. I will certainly consider using him again on the larger landscaping work we intend and I am happy to recommend him.

Nik team did a fantastic job with replastering water damaged walls and re-grouted my shower room. They even attached a new ceiling light fitting for me, complimentary as a new customer. After meeting Johnny I got him to quote for a much bigger job, comprising of a huge area of paving with a big concrete base for a garden house as well as the driveway extension, laying of cabling and adding a soak away and drainage. I was apprehensive due to the size of the job & the expenditure involved but I chose J Ward over others that have done work for me before. I couldn’t be more pleased with how things turned out, the work ethic of the team was unreal. Johnny is a true professional.
