Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.
Avoid at all costs I now have to have the whole job re done after promising to return and blocking me.

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Jon wasn't very polite when he contacted me, I didn't understand where he said he had purchased the job. He explained, I then asked for a quote, initially I accepted but then had something come up where I had to put the job on hold. He then rang me and hurled unpleasant comments at me for not letting him know when I did email him saying I had to cancel the job. Not very polite when communicating on the phone. Sorry for rubbish review but not made me feel like I want him to come to my house for any job!
