We contacted Ciprian for a quote to put up a shed for us in the garden. He promptly called us and gave us a price. Which we agreed. True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. But he required no supervision from us, carried on quietly and very neatly completed the job. Pat’s Tree Services are awesome! Patrick and his team did an amazing job at felling three large 25-meter and deceased Leylandii trees, as well as pruning a Ginkgo Biloba and a Bay leaf tree. They were on time, efficient and conscientious in clearing all debris after the procedures were finished. Despite assuring me that he understood how to prune an apple tree, once the work started, it became very clear that William and his helper had no idea. I ended up with the tree a good outline shape but no effort had been made to reduce overlapping branches etc. that an experienced person would have been done. He continued to ignore my requests and we parted on very bad terms.

You also gave me 1 week to get the work done before you left for 3-4 months. As I said, my feedback was accurate. You seemed nice and willing to help, but the minute I asked for a different more secure way to get you money you told me to forget it. PayPal is tracked, and secure.

These people are quite funny - they seemed too desperate to do the job; gave me a quote without coming to look at it. Then we began to haggle regarding the cost. About two different people called regarding it - I challenged them that I had already said no but they called me back lying and said it wasn’t them. Needless to say, I didn’t give them the job.

Arrived quickly and got to work straight away on the job. There were two issue (not heating radiator, leak). Fixed the leak quickly with very little disruption. Although was told the radiator heating was fixed it is not. To be fair I did only hire to fix the leaking pipe so am happy with the work carried out.
