The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

I originally used Bouchers Building for the installation of a kitchen and utility room. They were able to come in well below my original estimate (and thousands below B&Q's!) without any sacrifice on quality. Since then I've used them for several other projects around the house, including flooring and skirting, at really competitive prices and look forward to using them in the future as well.

Adam was brilliant, he did his best to sort out our carpet runner which was botched by an inexperienced carpet fitter who claimed to know what he was doing. The previous fitter intentionally left the winding part of the stairs, claiming to have suddenly fallen ill. It wasn’t an easy task as our stairs are winders, thanks so much Adam you managed to rescue a literal dire state.

Henry has done an excellent job in re-rendering my property and associated tasks. He showed expertise when advising me on the work to be under taken. He kept me abreast of progress and was reliable and professional throughout the process. The work has been completed to a high standard and I am very happy to have chosen Henry James as my builder.
