I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Silver line were very good, they turned and carried out the work when agreed and allowed the brickwork repairs to be completed quickly and safely

Iain was friendly, turned up when he said he would and completed the jobs we'd asked him to a good standard. He was regularly in touch too to make sure we knew when he was coming and to check exactly what we wanted. Would definitely use him again.

Tree and ground control carried out some general gardening work at my property. They attended on time and carried out the hedge and tree work in a very proffesional manner, cleaned all cuttings up and the price was very reasonable! Very punctual and friendly service. Cut down and removed 3 mature Lime trees from our back garden leaving no mess. Very pleased that they were able to do the job without arming my Shed and fencing or the neighbours properties which were close by. I would strongly recommend Matthew and his team. A first class job, by a very competent Electrician, I would have no hesitation in recommending Phil, he arrived on time, and very quickly resolved a major lighting problem. Whilst at the property, he carried out a second job, which again helped me tremendously. All in all a first class technician, who knew is job inside out. Genuinely impressed, his charges were realistic, almost £100.00 less than a competitor, who did NOT come via Rated People. Will definitely use Phil again.

Good job done, no mention of extra charge despite job taking longer than anticipated. Cleaned up after himself and stayed until 7.20 to get the job done same day. Came a day later than initially agreed but wasn't a problem at our end and he gave me a text to let me know well in advance that he had been delayed at a previous job.
