Matt gave us a detailed estimate and set out his terms clearly. He was polite and professional and carried out the refurb of our cloakroom to a good standard, leaving everything clean and tidy. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I asked originally to have new fencing panels put in, a new patio placed at the top of my garden and to have my new shed built. What I now have are absolutely beautiful fence panels that will last for ages. Even more amazing is the wonderful raised patio at the back of my garden, which I am absolutely overjoyed with. Overall Paul and his team did a great job, the workmanship is acceptable, and the team were friendly, helpful and open to discuss what they were doing. However; it often felt like my job was being juggled with other more important jobs, I’ve been asked by subsequent trades how it took over a year to complete a job that should have taken a few months. There are several issues that Paul has refused to rectify, the roof leaks (which has just cost me £7k to replace). Overall I’m disappointed in the service.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Agreed price in written quote went through everything agreed to return to discuss start date 24/04 did not turn up tried calling /texting no reply, Then finally got hold of them using partners number, they agreed to come and chat, When they turned up we were told that there is a " Forum of Bad Payers " and we are on it, We could have given them about 10 different tradesman whom worked on this project all of which would vouch for us. Forum does not exist according to others do not rely on.
