The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.

Billy made a great impression from the start, with a good understanding of the outcome I was looking for, timely communication and a readiness to adapt the work if and when necessary. His team did a great transformation and were careful to make sure that I was happy as he progressed. I’d definitely recommend BGO and will use them again without hesitation.

Mark did an excellent job removing an old shower enclosure and installing a new. larger and more suitable one. For one plumbing project, he felt it better to get someone with the appropriate skills - he sorted that out and found a good person to do that job. Mark was friendly, punctual and cleaned up well at the end of the project.

Wayne and his team did a great job, i am very pleased with my fitted wardrobes. They are stunning. i gave good for reliability only because Wayne is so busy it took a while to actually get the guys in to do the job, several months. i love them and they did a good job so worth the wait.

As I'm now based in NZ, Carl tended to my front and back garden in Hertfordshire to keep it looking good while the property is on the market. The gardeners worked very hard with only breaks for lunch and tea breaks. Very friendly and considerate. The garden is superb and everything we wanted. We were consulted all the way through. We cannot fault this company and would highly recommend them.
