The building work that D and A Services conducted on my behalf was satisfactory and the people themselves were helpful doing additional bits of work that required attention and buying my choice of paint. However I was very disappointed with the quality of the paintwork that finished off the project. Particularly as I had specified that only professional tradesmen should apply. It was apparent that painting is not within their skill set and I now have had to hire professional painters to put things right.

Highly recommended both lads worked tirelessly even in the rain to get the job finished on time. Worked immaculately tidied up every day and left the site spotless once they had finished. Paving and block work skills are 110% . We had a very old drain which other trades said would need to be dug out and moved costing ££££s Warren and Ridge managed to overcome this obstacle and finished the paving to a very high standard. A very honest team which is very rare these days. Highly recommended.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! Jake and Paul had difficulties with their van so the job was postponed, but only by a couple of days. They got the job done, which wasn't an easy one, and I'm very pleased our double gates are secure once more. The price was reasonable, particularly and they showed great willing to overcome their transport issues and get the job done. My only suggestion to them would be a little bit more communication to let the customer know time of arrival etc. I wouldn't have a problem using them again.

Roy and his son arrived and began work immediately. They cut back my extremely overgrown shrubs and ivy so the fencing could once more be seen and I have gained about three feet extra in garden space. All the cuttings were taken out of the garden and put into their vehicle, leaving the rear garden free of debris and any twigs/leaves left on the drive were removed. A good job well done.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Excellent job could not fault these guys were amazing I had 12 Leyandii trees at the bottom of my garden they took them down to the stump treated and removed every trace of them in the chipper and all in a couple of hours would highly recommend
