We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Very fast to quote, responded quickly to our questions, moved some jobs around to fit us in as quickly as possible as the storm had made our garden completely open to the outside world. Came in, did the job within a couple of days, took all of the rubbish from the old fence away, staff were friendly and presentable and the fence seems to be good quality so overall very pleased. Would definitely use them again.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. I would recommend Mike Carpenter without reservation and will be putting further work his way in the future

I would highly recommend Capline fencing. Gareth is a friendly, honest & hard working guy and he did an excellent job installing a new fence in my back garden. I would definitely use Gareth again for any fencing!

Steve and Darren are extremely polite, hardworking and reliable. They arrived on time every day, fully explained what they were going to do, and tidied up after every step. I have found the whole experience stress free, and would highly recommend them to others. They explained when the skip would arrive, were here when it was picked up so that they could sweep and leave the driveway clean and tidy. They suggested options available, including some edging that I hadn't thought of, and it looks wonderful. Tx

Excellent job: good advice and discussion in advance of starting work to get a clear picture of what I wanted, as well as updates while I was travelling and busy with my own work; they kept to their timetable and brief, and even came up with a supplementary suggestion (resurfacing my drive) which has set the whole garden improvements off to perfection. Plus, they dealt with difficult set-backs - some damage to the fencing - with remarkable aplomb and helpfulness. Highly recommended!

Superb work from Jamie and his team for a number of different jobs on my 350 year old cottage, including replacing a lintel, damp repairs and prevention, render repairs, roof repairs and lead work etc. He has been incredibly helpful and efficient in completing the works and has dealt with unforeseen problems brilliantly. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend to anyone looking for a skilled multi trade builder in the area

Phil did a fantastic job on not only helping to cut back the overgrown trees & bushes and removal of items (wood store, composter, etc), but also built a fabulous herringbone brick pathway so I can more easily wheel my rubbish bins out to the street. Not only were both jobs done extremely professionally, but at a reasonable price. And Phil is a super nice guy. Will definitely be giving him more work!

Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.

We required a new shed with concrete base and patio area. Barry was very flexible and helpful and did a very good job for us. I would definitely recommend Barry.
