We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved. Arrived on time and did the job required. I.e. reduce a hawthorn hedge by approx . 3 feet. The pruning was achieved in record time but at the expense of clearing the site. properly. Bits of hedge were left in mine and my neighbour's garden and in the road. I had to complete the job and ended up taking 4 large bags to the recycling centre. Disappointed.
