I was apprehensive at first before making my first enquiries to get my job done as I haven’t done this kind of thing before. I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. I even needed some changes to the job which was handled just as well. I will be using them in the future.

They solved 2 worrying problems for me so pleasantly,quick, enthusiastically, professionally, honestly, carefully I was so impressed how they took care not to knock anywhere with the ladder when they needed to bring it through my house; ( I have no side or back entrance). They are definitely not cowboys thankgod! I am so grateful.

Gary has been maintaining my garden for 3 months. He has always been on time with good communications and good manner. Grass is cut perfectly. No complaint at all.

Attention to detail was superb. This became particularly evident during the snagging process when they picked up on things we had not noticed. Would definitely highly recommend them. Happy to leave them alone in our house as they were conscientious and reliable. Delighted with the quality of their work and the customer service we received. Nothing was too much trouble and they gave us good advice.

I've got great communication with Neil and his work is fast and tidy. His team have brought an unruly garden under control extremely fast and I'm looking forward to him keeping all the grounds looking great over the coming seasons.

Excellent work from Iliyan clearing our garden. From start to finish he has been very professional & courteous. Very reasonable price quoted for the work done and we are really happy with his work. Danny and Joe were FANTASTIC. They had the mature eucalyptus removed within three hours, cleaned up in the garden, and with it close to the hedge bordering the neighbour's garden avoided anything, not even a leaf dropping into that garden. Really personable, friendly, good advice and a most competitive price. Highly recommended. I will use them again.

Outstanding, Scott and his team cleared my garden, removed objects, concrete slabs and took everything through our house. it was labour intensive work and was done with a smile. New turf laid. Looks fantastic, quality product with top tier customer serive and an extremely competative price. Could rate Scott and his team more. Just fantastic.
