Mid Kent Landscaping & Property Maintenance
Hired to replace pointing of existing patio. We were not expecting it to look like new patio. Initial attempt was very poor so refused to pay. Second attempt was superficially OK although have subsequently discovered that some of the pointing is soft and easily washes out leaving unsightly sand and cement on surface of patio that we are still trying to clean off. Gaps are now appearing that will need to be filled. Would not recommend.

Brilliant. Pavel is a consummate professional and really dedicated to making sure he provides the best service and end product possible. He's also incredibly polite, friendly and accommodating (the tenants weren't in when they were supposed to be, but he waited around) and his 5 star rating is thoroughly deserved. We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures.
