As I'm now based in NZ, Carl tended to my front and back garden in Hertfordshire to keep it looking good while the property is on the market. Catalin was meticulous with his measuring. He worked tirelessly and came back at night the following day to finish the job because it rained on the Sunday afternoon so we were unable to finish. The slabs have been laid perfectly. He was smart and methodical in his approach to paving the tiles. The end result looks great and just as I'd hoped for. Reliable. Tidy. Accurate. And a fair price. There isn’t enough space on here to describe how happy I am and stress free Rob and his team made the process. I had a major extension to the rear and side of the home which meant I wasn't able to use the bottom area of my home at all. Rob and his team took care of everything and also provided so much extra help all the time any time and keeping up with the consistent service is truly unmatchable. I’m very happy with the work, the finishing and everything else. Choose Rob and his team and you can’t go wrong

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.

It is always somewhat of a lottery when hiring a tradesman but we really struck lucky with Daniel. What a great find he was. Quality and care of work was outstanding. (Toilet floor tiling). His work was neat, precise, organised and efficient. He didn't once stop for a break or anything. Exceptionally polite and friendly and clearly skilled at this work. And his pricing was excellent. Daniel has lots of experience and this really helped. He is punctual and good at communicating via texts . He explains clearly and gives clear plans. A pleasant man who is respectful in your house. Would recommend for any flooring jobs.

These two young men worked like trojans and got my groundworks done in good time for a reasonable price. They listened to me, were very careful with the work, avoiding buried cables on route, and tidy. Plus always happy! I would recommend them highly for groundwork.
