Personable, did what he said he would. Came on time and explained costs breakdown. Needed cash to buy materials but did so dependably, at a fair price. We explained what we wanted and he did the rest. Also gave input on choices.

Did a great job. Did not arrive on day quoted but informed me beforehand of the date change. It was just a general garden tidy that we needed but he had good horticultural knowledge and was able to distinguish the weeds from the plants. Very pleasant to deal with.

James and his partner were late due to bad traffic but kept me updated via text. When they arrived we were out but obviously got straight down to work as, when we got home they had almost finished. They were polite and friendly and even reduced the price as I said I didn't need them to get rid of the rubbish. It is always a gamble choosing tradesmen you don't know but I will certainly use James and his partner for future jobs.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I will be definitely be using their services again! Brilliant job, thank you.

Jose and his colleagues were extremely hardworking, reliable, polite and friendly. They completed the work in the time originally estimated with a minimum of fuss to a vey high standard. Chris turned a mini weed jungle and cats' toilet into a pleasant outside living area in a week. He turned up and worked hard in horrible muddy conditions, staying cheerful the whole time. He left every thing beautifully tidy. I'm absolutely delighted with the quality of the work and I wouldn't hesitate to employ him again.
