I would highly recommend this company, working on an old cottage threw up a few unexpected problems along the way, A solution was found quickly and seemed to leave Steve unfazed. G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Arthur has completed decking my whole courtyard garden in Eastbourne and I am thrilled with the result. He turned a mess of a garden into a unified area that looks fantastic. I originally wanted some advice and Arthur's ideas were very good and the garden ended up exactly as I had hoped. My garden has no rear access so my house had to house the materials for a while but Arthur was meticulous in cleaning up every evening. The original quote was reasonable and kept to. I would recommend.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
