Hugo answered the request very quickly, priced the job and turned up exactly when he said he would to do it! I am thrilled with the finished article! It is just what I wanted and all mess was cleared up afterwards. He also gave me the opportunity to change my mind about the design, which is just as well, because I did! Joe gave me a quote for removal of 5 small stumps. He initially quoted £450 saying it was back breaking work and may take 2 days. I said I couldn't afford it he eventually agreed £300 I was still hesitant but he was very persuasive and went off to get his van and tools. He returned and within half an hour had dragged them out with his van, no backs broken. If he is experienced he knew that he would be able to do this. So I basically paid £600 an hour for a half hr job. Did also mend our chainsaw. Expensive
