Despite some complications in locating the leak, Sergiu approached the situation with impressive calmness and logic, ultimately identifying and resolving the issue effectively. Prior to the agreed date, his communication, responding to points we raised, was prompt and detailed. He was punctual and worked methodically. The job took 1.5 days, the quality of the materials & workmanship was first class. All waste was removed. We have no hesitation in recommending Craig and have already done so.
