Patrick has now contacted me re the still leaking roof explaining politely and apologetically the lack of contact was due to a family illness problem - and has refunded the cost of the failed part of therepair. My initial negative review was borne out of the frustration you might expect with rainwater literally running into the bedroom. His team had initially turned up very promptly and worked enthusiatically and rapidly, attending to the fascias, gutter and drainpipes to my satisfaction.

Wow. These guys have worked so hard to get our job finished on time. They have built a retaining wall in our garden with deep foundations, drainage and rendered to a lovely finish. They have cleared the site and completed the job to an excellent standard. They have been polite and helpful, going the extra mile and taking the initiative to solve problems as they arose. Hugo answered the request very quickly, priced the job and turned up exactly when he said he would to do it! I am thrilled with the finished article! It is just what I wanted and all mess was cleared up afterwards. He also gave me the opportunity to change my mind about the design, which is just as well, because I did! As a single woman you tend to feel a bit like a gazelle being stalked by lions when dealing with tradesmen. However Damien was professional from the outset which gave me some peace of mind. I was given an itemised quote without asking, which I appreciated. I am very pleased with the work carried out and would happily recommend him to my best friend.
