Mo came and surveyed what was needed. Then quoted. Had a team he said would be fast and thorough.paid 40% deposit He did not discuss and liaise with other trades working on house. This Caused problems. Ended up flooding both up and downstairs with full radiators left on sides draining onto laminate. floors. Floors ruined and had to be removed and I face 8/10k to replace. Broke fibre optics cable. Refused to accept responsibility for any of the errors and mistakes. Dreadful experience and nothing but stress.

Amazing service from these guys! Really happy from start to finish - they came round to do a quote the same morning I posted the job, and started clearing my garden pretty much straight away. It was no easy job - thick brambles and completely overgrown borders, not to mention the uncut grass. They worked SO hard (even through the rain) and made sure I was happy before moving on to the front garden. I posted a job and got quotes quicker than I expected. I spoke to one company and arranged a date and time for a quote but they did not turn up. I had already arranged another for the next day and they did turn up and rang me while at my home to give me a price. The cost was half the cost the first company had quoted when I rang them to find out if they had turned up.i was pleased with the cost and the work done. I will contact them for more work if needed and would definitely recommend them.
