Smith and sons provided us with an excellent service. They brought the tree down to size under great control, tackled autumn leaves and left our front lawn looking great again. Very gentle and caring too. When you do a good job with such great attitude, repeat business is guaranteed. Arrived quickly and got to work straight away on the job. There were two issue (not heating radiator, leak). Fixed the leak quickly with very little disruption. Although was told the radiator heating was fixed it is not. To be fair I did only hire to fix the leaking pipe so am happy with the work carried out.

Despite assuring me that he understood how to prune an apple tree, once the work started, it became very clear that William and his helper had no idea. I ended up with the tree a good outline shape but no effort had been made to reduce overlapping branches etc. that an experienced person would have been done.
