The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

It was a pleasure to have him on site. Our repointing was a horrible job to do but he did it without complaint and we are delighted with the results. He was always cheerful and friendly even when working in the rain. He was as tidy as he could be with the type of work and cleaned up the site well before he left. Couldn't have asked for more. His pricing was also very reasonable and we would happily use him again and recommend him to others.

The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I’m Zack Woods, a self-employed carpenter with 6 years of experience in the construction industry. I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside professional carpenters with over 40 years of expertise, learning and refining my skills through a variety of projects. I have completed a variety of projects from crafting small structures like chicken coops to building entire houses. I am not only experienced in carpentry but also skilled in landscaping and operating heavy machinery like diggers for foundation work. Recently, I completed a project building an outdoor garden office, managing every part of the job from start to finish. On this project I did the digger work for the foundations, building the timber frame, putting the roof on, insulation, plaster board and plastering, metal and wooden cladding, flooring, windows and door fitting to the finishing touches of making shelves and putting the TV on the wall.
