Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. We took down ivy from our brick house walls, which left unsightly tendrils that we found impossible to remove. After speaking with Josh at WishyWashy, he offered to do a free test clean. The test was a success, so we hired him to do the lot. The result was amazing - we now have clean house walls that look like new! Very courteous and efficient. Arrived promptly by appointment and provided a quote which was very reasonable. In the event we decided to opt for an alternative tradesman who seemed more experienced to undertake what turned out to be a rather more difficult and complex task than originally anticipated.
After initially being fantastic they have now dissapeared,we have been chasing them for 3 months and been fobbed off. So they happily took our £5000 and have left us with a kitchen island that is falling apart and all the plastering around our new window that they installed has been damaged/ripped off and just left like that (even though they did the plastering in the first place), we now have to pay someone else to do it - which we cant afford as our money went to these guys. Completely let us down.

Don't go there very unreliable started my job on 8th June replacing decking planks and still waiting for job to be completed 21st July supposed to have had his car pinched and he hasn't got his van really would think you would hire a van if you running a business to keep money coming in and not let customers down promised a rebate if £20 to hire a andyman to finish job 17th July still no money we are in our seventys and have found all this very stressful and know have to find someone to do one piece decking
