I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. Very gentle and caring too. When you do a good job with such great attitude, repeat business is guaranteed.
