Sadri and his team did an excellent job creating a new patio and building a pergola for us. They were friendly and very polite and respectful. They prepared the area well, created a good foundation and the standard of paving was very good. They worked hard, paid attention to detail and cleared the area well at the end. Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Guys who carried out the work very polite and discussed what they were doing if anything needed consulting on to make sure I was happy.

We can provide a free, SAME DAY quote for gardening and if you wish to proceed, we can arrange a visit within 48H hours. How do we work? 1. When you need a gardener you contact us and make a booking for a gardener. 2. Gardener attends your garden, completes all the work you request. 3. The next day you receive a gardening bill for the exact amount of time that the gardener spent with you. Apart from causing £350. worth of damage to my roof and electrics so far and ignoring my emails questioning why they didn't tell me. The job was done quickly and virtually to the agreed specification. Would I recommend them? Probably not just for not coming clean about the damage and not communicating. I had a quote from them for a fence which I was going to take up, also a couple of other jobs to quote for but I am now looking elsewhere. I have no confidence they will tell me if something goes wrong.
