Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. Joe completed the work by the agreed end date and proved to be very reliable and trustworthy. I will be hiring him again for other jobs around my property.

Great work by a great team. Chris kept in touch leading up to the work. We knew from initial contact to the team turning up what to expect. On the day they turned up on time, they treated us and the property with respect. The work was completed on time with no issues, left the property tidy we would highly recommend these guys.

Excellent work and service throughout, fair pricing compared to other quotes received and prompt availability. I made the school boy error of paying Paul in full before I had the chance to see the job he did. Long story short he delivered a poor job and didn’t do a part of what he had quoted and got paid for. I asked for him to return to rectify the problems and pay back some of the money and he has since blocked me. I’m right now pursuing a claim against him in SCC.

Removed a load bearing wall and installed an RSJ from start to finish. Reasonable price and more importantly did the job fast in 2 days exactly including plastering and even cleaning up. Prices and other charges clear from the start. Pleasant team and kept me updated whilst I was at work. Would not hesitate to work with again, jimmy and his team were fabulous.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
