Gary provided a quote and completed the job quickly, like we needed. Keeping me informed of when he would be arriving etc. The work to remove an old concrete garden fixture was completed to a high standard & everything was taken out, despite the fixture being quite deep with a lot of rock to remove. The area was left neat and tidy. Gary also came back to provide a temporary flag covering to keep everything safe until I could arrange a longer term replacement / fitting in it's place. I made the school boy error of paying Paul in full before I had the chance to see the job he did. Long story short he delivered a poor job and didn’t do a part of what he had quoted and got paid for. I asked for him to return to rectify the problems and pay back some of the money and he has since blocked me. I’m right now pursuing a claim against him in SCC.

Removed a load bearing wall and installed an RSJ from start to finish. Reasonable price and more importantly did the job fast in 2 days exactly including plastering and even cleaning up. Prices and other charges clear from the start. Pleasant team and kept me updated whilst I was at work. Would not hesitate to work with again, jimmy and his team were fabulous.

Great communication when there was a short delay. The work was, however, completed exactly when it was meant to be and the standard of workmanship was spot on. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend RKH finishes and would definitely use this company again if the need arose.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
