Clear communication - Thomas provided frequent updates during the job including when costs increased slightly and over any small delays and changes to the work. . Excellent work completed - ramp from rear door was well constructed and perfect for what we needed. Clean and tidy - the team left everything tidy every day and jet-washed at the end of the job. I will happily use them again in the future.

Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. Exceptional from start to finish, great advice on how it needed to be done and best way to fix the building errors, team were in early, worked none stop, cleaned up well before leaving and took away any rubbish. And all for a reasonable price, definitely be using on the next elevation

When you are spending your hard earned money you probably like me get a little nervous wondering whether you have hired the right people. Well rest assured hire Tony Darker, John, Dj and Eric was a great decision. These lads are unbelievable. Their work is spot on, punctuality is perfect and you will not meet a more polite team of workers. Nothing was to much trouble and they run you through every stage of the process. I had my front, side and rear garden paved and it is absolutely spot on. Well done lads

Removed a load bearing wall and installed an RSJ from start to finish. Reasonable price and more importantly did the job fast in 2 days exactly including plastering and even cleaning up. Prices and other charges clear from the start. Pleasant team and kept me updated whilst I was at work. Would not hesitate to work with again, jimmy and his team were fabulous.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
