We needed a terrazzo floor removed, new tiles installed and a whole new kitchen+appliances installed. Mike and his team worked for just over two weeks start to finish. They showed up everyday and worked late to get the job done, any minor issues were sorted quickly. All the work was carried out to a high standard, the boys cleaned up everyday and gave us lots of helpful advice and suggestions throughout. We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.
