This was not an easy job and they came very quickly and carried it with great care and completed the job 100% .they replaced all the top hinges on all our double glazing windows on the upper floors on our flats . I can highly recommend them for the work they carried out for us .

Quick response, very polite during interactions and kept informed at every stage of the job. Issues were presented with solutions and outline of costs. Willing to work with you to the agreed solution. The guys were aware of their surroundings and cleaned up as they went along and took the waste with them. Work was conducted quickly (before the snow came) and i would use them again.

Constantine and Costas are the best builders we've ever worked with. They are inspired collaborators and problem-solvers, passionate about their craft and keen to deliver what you want at the best price without cutting corners. They also have excellent plumbers, tilers, painters etc - without exception skilled, reliable and a pleasure to meet. Renovation is a stressful experience but we were amazed how much we enjoyed this period. We miss them! Don't let them slip through your fingers!

Gavin was the only builder who responded but he still gave me a competitive quote and was able to start as soon as I wanted. I am very pleased with his work. He did the job and did a good clear-up afterwards.

Trevor kept his promise and got the job done to a high standard despite the weather turning out to be very wet. He was very business-like and assuring in his approach. I will not hesitate to recommend him for a similar job.

First impressions were good so we decided to use Able to create a new shed and build a gate/fence. They were very informative, thorough and I was extremely pleased with the final product. Able went out of their way to ensure everything I asked for was done. Will definitely use again.

Excellent! It was a pleasure having Paul & Robert rebuild my sad garden wall to near it's former glory. Very pleased with John work. He and his team are polite,positive and hard working. Costs fully explained and paid based on schedule of works as building progresses. Any issues, changes are discussed and agreed. All finished inside time quoted. I will be recommending to my friends.

Malcolm and Ellis have been amazing, Having started to lose the will to live with countless unreliable and un-contactable builders that promised everything but delivered nothing, Malcolm has come through and done everything he said he would, communicated everything throughout the entire job and came back to me whenever I had questions. I'm very pleased with the repairs to the wall fixings and refix of our heavy motorized satellite dish which had come loose in the recent winds. The job was done very efficiently and promptly for the agreed budget and we are very pleased with the result. Lee Charles recently finished my new driveway, steps and walls which included brickwork, omega blocks and sandstone tiles. Lee's work was professional and thorough throughout and he took time over even the smallest details on the project. Steve was brilliant from the very moment we met. His in depth knowledge in installing artificial grass put my mind at ease and I knew he would do the job to a high standard. As he was installing at a childrens nursery he was very flexible installing over the weekend so that it was less disruptive. I wouldn't hesitate to use Steve & Lee again and have already recommended them to other people I know.
