We had 3 requests to our job and chose Andy because he turned up on time to quote. Andy was honest and realistic about the work we wanted doing he gave open straight forward advice. Andy is a time served joiner and the proof showed in the quality of his work. Andy also has lots of other trade skills so don’t be afraid to ask for advice and a quote. I found Jason on rated people, he was always friendly, professional and punctual. He has completely refitted my bathroom to a fabulous standard, Jason is a perfectionist in every aspect of his work, and always leaves his work clean and tidy. He made suggestions that I hadn't thought of which improved the finished look of the bathroom and brought the project in on budget. I would recommend him completely.

Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! We will definitely use Neil in any of our future projects.

Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Bernard is a true expert in his trade, he has a wealth of knowledge. He is easily contacted, we arranged a quote, luckily he had a gap in diary & could do the work within a week (rain coming through your kitchen ceiling is never good!) His quote was very reasonable. Ashley and his team removed an awful worn out decking and old patio and replaced it with a lovely brick and stone patio. They had to do a work to resolve different ground levels in our garden and between us and our neighbours. They replaced fencing and posts to. They were a great bunch, turned up when they said, listened and turned my idea in reality. Cannot thank them enough, I was impressed with their workmanship, hard work and commitment to complete the job.
