We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. I have no reservations in awarding Shane and his team 5 stars. The quote was honest and reasonable, the work was performed to a high standard (as evidenced by photoes taken during the repair that Shane sent me) and despite my having to put back the repair date by a month at very short notice, this caused no problem. G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the conversion of our garage into a bedroom with en-suite shower room. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. We will be using them again soon for a larger job and would highly recommend.

Lim and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Great price, great communication and always a gentleman. Completed external wall insulation. Did a good job. Had extra works done. There work is very good but 4 stars due to resource issues trying to complete the jobs. Would use them again.

Tom did a great job and is a nice guy! He's punctual and a tidy worker. The tiling work is just what we wanted. I'd use Tom again so can happily recommend him.
