Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I am a general builder that has many skills, I have built extentions, fitted kitchens and bathrooms, removed and rebuilt interior walls, fitted windows and doors. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jeff Payne of South West Stone to anyone. Mr Payne was punctual. Mr Payne was a pleasure to have working at my home. Lee did an excellent job - he rendered the back of our house and did some internal plastering, as well as sorting out some problems with guttering and a leaking chimney. Terry is new to Bristol and will make a very good name for himself in short order. Terry's work ethic is admirable. He promised to finish in a day and worked in to the evening to complete the job. The standard of finish is exceptional. The work involved skimming two large walls, and boarding then skimming a ceiling. He is diligent, very friendly, a consummate professional, and I doubt you'll find such quality at a better price. I commend him to you and will be asking him to do more work in the near future.
