Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! It was a simple job—fitting five coving corners. John damaged the wall in several places while removing the existing coving, he also damaged the new corners. Later, his boss said I could just fill them in but no amount of filler or paint could hide the damage. Despite clearly stating from the beginning that I would supply all the materials (which I did still tried to charge me £16 for two tubes of o make matters worse, John didn’t use any floor protection and left a terrible mess behind.
