When Craig came round he was able to tell me that my initial plan wouldnt quite work, so we formulated a new one, and even though i had awkward times for him to arrive he managed to fit us in and complete the job to the exact standard I required. Nice down to earth guy, clearly knows his stuff. We are absolutely going to use him again.

Really good quality work but really unreliable. I had him start a job in February and it's still not completed. Always cancelling when I took time off work to be at home to allow access and monitor works in my home. Really shocked that I have been totally disregarded as a customer who has also paid good money to get work done. Would not recommend!! avoid.

As well as providing a very competitive quote they completed the works to budget and to a great timescale to get us the extension we needed before Christmas. I would give 0 stars if possible. Eugen seemed like a nice guy and we trusted him. He was building us a standard single bed over a stair box. He started in July, it is now mid-November and after numerous messages and calls to him, he has finally replied months later, saying he won't be coming. Not only has he left it looking bad and unfinished, he has built it too small so the standard single mattress we have bought won't even fit on. We also paid him most of the total payment. DO NOT pay him until done.
