Steven did a great job dismantling an old conservatory, even removing some extra wires & fittings. The site was left really tidy. He was polite & friendly as well as efficient and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend his company.

Beware these people are not professional or painters. On two occassions they turned up 2 hours late then said they needed to go straight back out again for coffee and food. They never laid dust sheets and the furniture, and floor was covered in emulsion. Lee had an injured hand, i had made clear I didnt want him back, came back a 2nd time. He broke the pot out of my slow cooker.They stayed 4 hours and only did a fraction of my lounge. I offerered a drink , and they asked for beer after seeing I had some.

We commissioned Joe to create an outdoor kitchen for us after posting an ad on Rated People. We weren’t 100% clear on what we needed, we just knew we wanted somewhere to house our bbq. Joe helped us through the design process sending drawings and colour options. He delivered the furniture a few weeks ago and we love it! Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.
