I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.

Excellent work from Greg skimming and plastering the whole downstairs of our house. Greg skilfully worked around some tricky areas to give a great finish - it’s clear that he cares about his work. Highly recommended!!

Neil has done a really outstanding job for me and am so please have already ask for price for the next job! Would recommend Neil to anyone looking for a frienly, hardworking tradesman. Catalin was meticulous with his measuring. He worked tirelessly and came back at night the following day to finish the job because it rained on the Sunday afternoon so we were unable to finish. The slabs have been laid perfectly. He was smart and methodical in his approach to paving the tiles. The end result looks great and just as I'd hoped for. Reliable. Tidy. Accurate. And a fair price. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

As I'm now based in NZ, Carl tended to my front and back garden in Hertfordshire to keep it looking good while the property is on the market. Very good professionals. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. A bit on the expensive side - I payed £400 for installing 3 wardrobe shelves and 2 rails, fixing a broken drawer and the materials. Needed it urgently, otherwise would have shopped around.

Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.
