We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. If I could I would give 6 stars. Dean and Sam are two of the best workers I have ever employed. More punctual than a Swiss train, METICULOUS workmanship with the added bonus of being really friendly fellows and easy to get on with. They replaced a rotting veranda and bannisters and the result is not as good as new, it's BETTER than new. They even primed and undercoated ready for me to paint. They stuck to the estimate despite doing more. FANTASTIC!! Your search is over . Recommended 100% .

R T Property Maintenance is a small business. Reliable, friendly and reasonable rates. Fencing, decking, paving. UPVC windows, doors, fascia and Soffit. Hanging doors, wood flooring, skirting, drylining, plastering, tiling and painting.
R.T builders gave me two quotes both within by budget. Good feed back on suggestions. A few snags, but soon sorted. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Friendly polite & did an excellent job.

Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved. Right from meeting karl he has listened he has gone above and beyond he's given great advice with materials and ideas to make my bathroom refurb even better than originally expected well within budget. Halfway through the work in hand I enquired whether he would have the time to do a few minor bits around my kitchen which he allowed time for working full days no breaks only having drinks no breaks. On doing repairs in kitchen alerted me to a gas leak in my kitchen and hallway. 14 hours to clear escaped gas.
