I hired Jacques to install Aucostic wall panels and LED light strips in the panel. He initially setup the panels and tried setting up the LEDs on day2. As an electrician, he should be aware of driving parallel LED strip connections. By the end of Day2, he setup something where the led strips have different brightness due to voltage/current issues. he left the work in the middle leaving dangling power connections across the floor and not answering my calls/messages.I definitely don't recommend him.

Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Really really happy with the all-round service from Vanda, Steve and the team. They were really helpful, punctual and did a fantastic job of removing a supporting wall, helping project manage and sort out issues with our kitchen delivery. Joe and Martin did an excellent job of taking off the existing varnish on our very worn external windows and doors, sanding back to bare wood and re-varnishing. No job was too much for them. They went to the trouble of getting the varnish we asked for and the brand of paint we wanted for the fascias and soffits. Joe was excellent at communicating what time they would be turning up. They were extremely polite, tidied up after themselves every day and left no mess. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
