Ylber did an outstanding job on our new lovely wooden gazebo with a roof. We were impressed with how professional and efficient he was, knowing exactly what needed to be done. Also helped with picking up the right materials from the shops. Everything just ran smoothly. Will certainly use again and would recommend to others.

Lee Charles recently finished my new driveway, steps and walls which included brickwork, omega blocks and sandstone tiles. Lee's work was professional and thorough throughout and he took time over even the smallest details on the project. I would not hesitate to use Lee again for work at my property and I would 100% recommend Lee to my friends and colleagues. Matt & Dean of MDG Building are two of the very best builders you could have. They are a breathe of fresh air. Their work is first class they work well as a team they are clean and tidy and have done an excellent job for us, nothing was too much trouble. The tradesman was absolutely fantastic, professional, understanding, helpful and even provided some key advice. I would use this tradesman again at a drop of a hat. Had to wait on a plumber, which was no problem. In fact everything was "no problem". A pleasure to have met such a gentleman along with someone who did a fantastic job. 5 stars all round!

I hired Lee for this job and he did an outstanding job in replacing this door. He was very careful in removing the old door and worked through quite in detail to custom make the replacement door to ensure it is done to a very high standard and excellent finish. I highly recommend Lee as a carpenter.

Iliyan and his father did a very professional job with our wardrobe. They always arrived on time, they were very clean and tidy and skilled carpenters. They also gave us different options and offered a competitive price. I would highly recommend Iliyan as a carpenter.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Reliable, respectful and quality. Absolutely fantastic work. Door installation including frame was a perfect fit, used his ideas well to recommend best position. Finished work in the promised time scale and cleaned the area up very nicely afterwards. Very flexible, nothing was too much trouble. Fair and reasonable on price. Highly recommended.

Alex was very friendly and easy going, I asked for the work to be done on a certain day and he was able to fit me in, on arrival I explained what needed doing and he carried the work out to a very high standard, I was extremely happy with the work he has done and he even took the rubbish with him. All the work was done in a very exceptable timescale and for a very reasonable price, I will be inviting him back in the future for more work, thank you so much Alex, Great job

Brad built 3 brick pillars for us among other things but he was prompt on original attendance, prompt on quote, and what a top finish. We are very happy to have found brad who has a fantastic work ethic. I would recommend brad to everyone as he will not let you down. Thank you Brad, the pillars look fantastic.

I would not recommend you use Richard. The initial consultation was good and the process agreed for the work was fair. However, Richard did not turn up on the day. I tried to call and there was no response. I later found out there had been a family death, so we renegotiated a date for the work to commence only to experience the same situation; a no show. This time there was no call, as to why he didn’t show. Richard demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Stay well clear!

Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Very friendly. Sent a detailed quote ahead of time. Turned up when he said he would and everything was very well organised and efficient. Very happy with the quality of the work and the job as a whole. Highly recommended.
