I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. I was a bit suspicious but I was happily surprise when I call Phill who repond to my call very quicly. He is very friendly and most of all very professional. Absolutely horrific experience. No quote was formally given beforehand. Ali refused to give a price/estimate for the works, he just said he would fix the leak at a “reasonable” price then the bill came to £600. My newly fitted bath panel got damaged during the repair works. Then after a few weeks a leak was spotted again in the same area which resulted in water damage to the newly renovated ceiling. Thousands of pounds went down the drain. Highly unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them.

But James and other trades he brought in, that carried out the work were very professional and finished the work to a really high standard. Doru changed my fitted wardrobe doors and fitted new drawers in the wardrobe. Brilliant work, solid dip drawers that hold a lotos clothes. Very efficient and polite, he just got on with his work very well. I highly recommend him. I'm actually going to hire him again to do my second bedroom's wardrobes. Fair prices too!
