Andrey was the first to contact us to quote. From the questions he asked related to the job, it was clear that he understood what needed to be done. His quote was slightly more expensive than others but having read his 5 star reviews, we opted for his company. Work was to a high standard. He gave us the option of reinforcing the side fascia boards which was sound advice so although we spent a bit more, we feel this was justified. A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
