Hi, my name is Tom Fields, I am the director of Premier Property Solutions. The company was only recently established within the last 2 years. However, I have 12 years of experience in the jobs required listed below. Within those 12 years, I spent 6 of them primarily doing housing renovations therefore have developed a wide range of different skills and professions along the way. The housing renovations included work such as bathroom and kitchen fitting, repairs, furniture installation, plastering and joinery work. 3 of the years were dedicated to training and working as an electrician and an additional 3 years I spent serving within The Royal Navy. Therefore, I am competent, reliable, punctual, trustworthy and will ensure the job is done at the highest of standards. What a great guy Tom is. He contacted me quickly and managed to fit me in just before Christmas to fit two electric radiators after I’d been let down by another tradesman. He was very professional and had all the correct equipment with him to complete the job, not to mention plenty of experience across a range of trades. I’d definitely recommend Tom and will be using him again in the future.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

We had a difficult cleaning job of a large house that involved extensive sanitary cleaning, hoarding and large furniture disposal. The team worked hard and thoroughly to get the job done in two days for a reasonable cost. For any further work we will absolutely going back to LDL!

good lad, would thoroughly recommend. None of the bullshit a lot of the roofers wanted to talk, came and appraised the job simply and the next day came back and repaired it whilst i was at work. Images were taken before/during and after the job.
