Personable, did what he said he would. Came on time and explained costs breakdown. Needed cash to buy materials but did so dependably, at a fair price. We explained what we wanted and he did the rest. Also gave input on choices.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

I have used many builders over the years and am pleased to recommend theses guys. The standard of workmanship was 1st class you received a full days work they left everyday making sure the site was tidy and were pleased to offer advise in order to obtain the best results. Pricing was on the mark and considering how hard they worked gave very good value for money. Neil was great to deal with from coming to quote to finishing the job. Kept us up to date daily with progress made and what he would be doing next. Encountered a problem out of his control with his initial plan, but talked solution through with us. When finished he left everything neat & tidy. Would definitely recommend him.

Robert and his son were excellent from start to finish. They worked to a high standard of professionalism, were polite and respectful of my home as well as ticking every box regarding what I had asked to be done. The price was more than reasonable and I would 100% recommend them as well as use them again in the future.
