The wind blew down the panels to the fence and they needed realigning. Simon came the very next morning and gave me the quote, happy with the price and very pleased with the workmanship. Works really hard and very helpful will be giving him more work soon. Thanks Simon

Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. Ashley and his team removed an awful worn out decking and old patio and replaced it with a lovely brick and stone patio. They had to do a work to resolve different ground levels in our garden and between us and our neighbours. They replaced fencing and posts to. They were a great bunch, turned up when they said, listened and turned my idea in reality. Cannot thank them enough, I was impressed with their workmanship, hard work and commitment to complete the job.

Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! We will definitely use Neil in any of our future projects.

Joe and Martin did an excellent job of taking off the existing varnish on our very worn external windows and doors, sanding back to bare wood and re-varnishing. No job was too much for them. They went to the trouble of getting the varnish we asked for and the brand of paint we wanted for the fascias and soffits. Joe was excellent at communicating what time they would be turning up. They were extremely polite, tidied up after themselves every day and left no mess. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
