Great job done by Paul. Excellent quality of work. We had skirtings & facings replaced throughout the house, which Paul did...even although the walls of the house caused him some problems! He also glazed and hung three internal doors, again with the walls and door frames being less than forgiving. Paul arrived on time, completed the job...including additional ones...and cleaned up after himself. Would use him again, and would recommend him to anyone.

Andy recently completed decking for us and also a small inside job to box in electric metres. We are very pleased with the finished jobs. Andy showed up when expected and finished the job when expected too. He has done a brilliant job and transformed what was a old crumbling patio into an amazing raised decking which is safe for the kids and will be great for sitting out. I can't recommend Andy enough. Ark Propert Developments were very professional in carry out the work required, at all times they kept us informed on progress and left the work area tidy when finishing each day and at the end of the job. We had new patio laid and painting and decorating done within the house and all was finished to a very high standard.

The quality of workmanship was very good and incorporated some joinery and plastering. Robert arrived on time. The work was carried out over a weekend and Robert did not ask for any additional charges to do this. He also invested significant time to ensure the end result was a good one. A+

I can recommend this joiner. He checked our broken door day after my post and as it was urgent as he did everything day after. Doors and work are for reasonable price. If I will need joiner, will call this guys again. :)

Simon fitted curtain poles (including a bay curtain pole) and hung curtains for is. He turned up on time, was very professional and efficient and completed the work to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend him and intend to use him again for other work around our flat.

Brian did a good job fixing my drive. Despite the heat they battled on and got it finished. I would hesitate to recommend Brian to anyone 1st class job.
