After a year of unlucky experiences with very poor builders to build a porch, Darren offered to finish the job for a very reasonable price, and did not request money in advance. The job took two extra days, but the cost stayed the same. The final result was well worth the hassle. He worked alone, completing all the jobs I requested. He advised on the final painting that I wanted to do myself. He is a very nice and conscientious guy. I definitely recommend him.

After I posted my enquiry, Lawrence phoned me within half an hour. We discussed the job, he gave me a price , and I accepted it later. He did the job to our complete satisfaction, 3 days later, arriving at 8.00am. He laid a new laminate floor in a small conservatory, and took up and laid a new floor in the kitchen. It was wet and he had to walk from the house to the outside garage to do the cutting. He kept to his quote, but I gave him extra for the awkward door threshold strips. Definitely recommended.

G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

We feel so lucky to have found Colin for decorating our kitchen, family room, study, bedroom and utility room. He's done the most amazing job swiftly and efficiently and we are so pleased with his work. Arthur has completed decking my whole courtyard garden in Eastbourne and I am thrilled with the result. He turned a mess of a garden into a unified area that looks fantastic. I originally wanted some advice and Arthur's ideas were very good and the garden ended up exactly as I had hoped. My garden has no rear access so my house had to house the materials for a while but Arthur was meticulous in cleaning up every evening. The original quote was reasonable and kept to. I would recommend.
