Martin was very quick to respond (posted the job at 9PM and he was at our house bang on the agreed time the next morning!). Price was perhaps a little higher than competitors (10-15% or so) but it was complete next day and we agreed price upfront so I can’t complain. It was not leaking! Regardless if I was getting a new bathroom in few months or not I was expecting this to least cover until clearly some mixed communication however I was under the impression that apart from the electrical switches which you did mention the job was done do I need to contact trading standards here as I feel that a guarantee is needed

I called him and he was lieing that his van was on MOT. I knew he didn’t want to do the job cos he doesn’t know anything about the job. I will not recommend him. I called him just now and what is telling me is that he has make a research and he wil be sending a quotes. You didn’t know what you wanted to do before.
