Frank and his team were professional and efficient throughout. He made interesting suggestions to the design at the outset. They arrived to start the job when agreed and explained how the tasks would be completed. All work was carried out to a high standard, and it was noticeable how organised and tidy they were. James responded very quickly and arranged to come out to give a quote within a day, swift service for sure. James was very polite and has a professional manner about him. He discussed what the garden needed, explaining everything clearly. I haven't had the job done, for personal reasons (I am acting on behalf of my elderly Mother so I am abiding by her wishes). However, based on the quote and quick response from James, I would recommend.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them.
