I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I have advised them to bring up their online presence to give potential customers more information about the company.

We are really pleased with the work that has been done by JNP. It was done very efficiently, on time and never swayed from the original quote. Whenever I had any questions, James always responded quickly. They also dealt with appropriate licence arrangements with West Berkshire Council. Overall I would thoroughly recommend these guys to anyone needing driveway work done. Thanks again guys!

Dave did a great job. He came to see us and recommended an alternative plan, (which was cheaper). He arranged to do the job, arrived on time and stayed until the job was completed. Tidied up. Polite and reliable. Would definitely contact again :))

Steve is a first class tradesman, knowledge, skill, and ability is excellent, he did a loft conversion, installed steel beams, all timbers and decking for new 130sqm flat roof, studwork, installed staircase, Blockwork on extension, cement fibre cladding, will with out doubt use again and cant recommend or praise him enough, he came with a impressive portfolio of previous work, he can totally be relied upon and one of the rare tradesman where i don't have to worry about his workmanship,

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. I would highly recommend Capline fencing. Gareth is a friendly, honest & hard working guy and he did an excellent job installing a new fence in my back garden. I would definitely use Gareth again for any fencing!
