Neil clearly explained everything step by step so that I was fully aware of the process. Neil and Craig were always cheerful and helpful. I was kept informed at every stage of the works and they often checked that everything was to my satisfaction. Neil’s problem-solving skills are second to none. James and his partner were late due to bad traffic but kept me updated via text. When they arrived we were out but obviously got straight down to work as, when we got home they had almost finished. They were polite and friendly and even reduced the price as I said I didn't need them to get rid of the rubbish. It is always a gamble choosing tradesmen you don't know but I will certainly use James and his partner for future jobs.

I found both David and Sean very approachable and accommodating and no request or change was too much trouble. Sean agreed the initial specification / price / timescales etc while David provided the Joinery skills and this worked very well and we were always kept well informed. The work was carried out to our requirements to a high standard and in a very clean and tidy manor and we were left very pleased with the end product. What a great guy Tom is. He contacted me quickly and managed to fit me in just before Christmas to fit two electric radiators after I’d been let down by another tradesman.
